I came home from work and the temperature in my house was 64 and my heater would kick on, run a couple of minutes then shut down. I called Crouch Heating and they were busy. Doug Crouch and his team have installed two new American Standard systems in my home. Doug and his team displayed the utmost professionalism and quality in everything they did. They were patient with all my questions and paid great attention to detail. In addition, Doug just recently installed a new roof mounted system on our church. They have maintained our systems for many years and replaced other units in the past. They only recommend replacement when the cost of repairing exceeds the value of replacing.
