Doug Crouch and his team have installed two new American Standard systems in my home. Doug and his team displayed the utmost professionalism and quality in everything they did. They were patient with all my questions and paid great attention to detail. In addition, Doug just recently installed a new roof mounted system on our church. They have maintained our systems for many years and replaced other units in the past. They only recommend replacement when the cost of repairing exceeds the value of replacing. In all these experiences we have found Crouch’s to be second to none in every aspect of their service. We could not recommend anyone more highly.
