Crouch’s heating and cooling came to the rescue. I came home to the temp inside the house at 82 degrees and it was 100 outside. I called and they called me back within 15 minutes. It was around 5:00 that evening so I was prepared to wait till the next day but they were able to come out that same evening. The repair guy was very polite and professional despite having worked in the heat all day. He figured out what was wrong and was able to get it fixed and offered to come back the next day if it didn’t begin to cool. I will be using them again for regular maintenance on the heat and air.

Doug Crouch and his team have installed two new American Standard systems in my home. Doug and his team displayed the utmost professionalism and quality in everything they did. They were patient with all my questions and paid great attention to detail. In addition, Doug just recently installed a new roof mounted system on our church. They have maintained our systems for many years and replaced other units in the past. They only recommend replacement when the cost of repairing exceeds the value of replacing.
