Crouch’s heating and cooling came to the rescue. I came home to the temp inside the house at 82 degrees and it was 100 outside. I called and they called me back within 15 minutes. It was around 5:00 that evening so I was prepared to wait till the next day but they were able to come out that same evening. The repair guy was very polite and professional despite having worked in the heat all day. He figured out what was wrong and was able to get it fixed and offered to come back the next day if it didn’t begin to cool. I will be using them again for regular maintenance on the heat and air.

We are almost finished with our new home and one of the best parts of this project has been Doug Crouch and his guys. Called because of fantastic experience with Crouch getting our heat back on during zero degree weather in February 2021. Doug set us up with a heating and cooling system in our new home. He was wonderful to work with. He was there when he said he was going to be there or he called letting us know his change of plans. He gave us options on different systems and gave us his honest opinion. Very professional.
