Called because of fantastic experience with Crouch getting our heat back on during zero degree weather in February 2021. This time we’re having a heat wave here in Ponca City and the inside blower burnt-out. Called Crouch at 8:32 and he was here before 9. Luckily he had a new motor on his truck and by 10, I was writing him a check. Not for the estimated cost but for less with a senior discount. Thanks again and again!!

Doug Crouch and his team have installed two new American Standard systems in my home. Doug and his team displayed the utmost professionalism and quality in everything they did. They were patient with all my questions and paid great attention to detail. In addition, Doug just recently installed a new roof mounted system on our church. They have maintained our systems for many years and replaced other units in the past. They only recommend replacement when the cost of repairing exceeds the value of replacing. In all these experiences we have found Crouch’s to be second to none in every aspect of their service. We could not recommend anyone more highly.

Doug and Charlene are not only hard working but are a man and woman of high character and integrity. When selecting a contractor, one of the most important attributes besides the technical qualifications is honesty. Doug not only possesses the technical acumen (has a journeyman license), but is also a man who is known to his community as one who does the job right and does people he serves right!!

I originally used Doug Crouch in 1999 to install a complete system in an addition to our home. Since then he has installed an additional residential system and four commercial systems for me.
